You may return any new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 to 2 weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased within the last 15 days.

The product is unopened, in its original packaging.

You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

AGARI can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses.

All domestic residential and overseas APO/FPO military orders will be shipped USPS ground unless a more cost effective and traceable method is available. AGARI reserves the right to make all decisions of carriers. All shipping charges will be calculated by AGARI, but your order will only be charged a flat fee
of $5.95 regardless of size of order.

Please note that we generally ship all orders received before 12:00 PM EST on the same day and all orders received after 12:00 PM EST are subjected to ship next day. There may be shipping delays during any holiday season. Additionally, due to COVID-19, our shipping team is working with reduced staff and shipping times may be longer.

We do not ship on Weekends, so any orders received after 12:00 PM EST Friday will ship on Monday.
